SyncPilot is currently in beta testing until February 18, 2026.
During beta mode:
- All services are completely free for all users
- Enhanced free tier limits apply (30 sync credits, 10GB mailbox, 4 saved servers)
- Scheduled syncs are free for everyone
- No purchases are available - paid plans and add-ons are disabled
- This refund policy does not apply during beta since there are no purchases to refund
After beta ends: This refund policy will apply to all purchases made after February 18, 2026. We will notify all users when paid features become available.
This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the refund terms for purchases made through SyncPilot ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.
Please note: This policy applies to purchases made after beta mode ends (February 18, 2026). During beta mode, all services are free and no purchases are available.
Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us:

Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or purchase date
- Reason for the refund request (optional)
We will process your refund request within 5-10 business days.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
- Any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Note: Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. The refund will appear on your original payment method statement.
4. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
